Our property is an independently operated vacation condo rental located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association (PPVOA) Condominium Property but is not part of the Point Pleasant Resort Hotel Program.

Simply Heaven is conveniently located on the East End of St Thomas, just minutes to the best beaches on the island. Easily walk to Coki Beach for great snorkeling. Fantastic Lindquist Beach is minutes away! Walk to the Coki Dive shop, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville®, or Coral World. 3 minutes to Sapphire Beach and their world famous Sunday Beach Party.
